Directions

Step 1

In a pot, add following ingredients cooking oil, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, tomato puree, all spice, ground cumin, curry powder, black pepper powder, salt, brown sugar, cauliflower, beans, sweet potato, bell pepper, lemon juice, rice, broth. Clarified butter and mix well.

Step 2

Cook in medium heat in onepot/smart cooker/rice cooker/pressure cooker for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Serve immediately with sour cream.
